The ideal applicant will have a degree in any field from graduation to three years of relevant experience in the shipping sector, addressing all import-related inquiries, issuing delivery orders, handling refund situations, and offering exceptional customer service.
The duties of the shipping coordinator include ensuring client satisfaction, issuing delivery orders and other import-related documents, responding to client and internal stakeholder inquiries regarding imports, handling refund cases and ensuring prompt resolution, and counterpart messages and lines NOCs (No Objection Certificates).

Occupational Duties:
Send out delivery orders and other paperwork connected to imports.
Respond to all client and internal stakeholder inquiries about imports.
Manage refund cases and make sure they're resolved quickly
Counterfeit lines and texts No-objection certificates (NOCs)
Pay attention to counter clients and deliver first-rate customer service
To handle difficulties relating to imports, communicate with carriers, agents, and other external parties.
Ensure smooth import procedures by coordinating with other departments.
Ensure that all import-related transactions and documentation are kept in proper recordkeeping.
Analyse data to spot trends and areas for development
As required, offer assistance with further import-related duties.
To guarantee that there is enough storage space for incoming commodities, schedule significant shipments and make logistical plans.
Make sure the personnel are able to handle all inbound shipments
Keep records of the products you send and receive.
